Hours: From 1 May to 30 September 10 am to 6pm and it closes a bit earlier at other times of the year - check between October and May for opening hours. Two thousand year old ruins that are the remains of the Roman town of Aquincum. Includes murals, mosaic floors and a reconstructed water organ.

Hours: 10 am to 6 pm, closed Tuesdays. The main collection of Budapest’s archæological finds. Includes part of the mediæval Royal Palace of Buda, as well as everyday objects.

A gallery of non-Hungarian works of art from early times right up to the present day. Egyptian, Roman and Greek exhibits as well as a collection of Italian art.
